		<description>Hi, great informational post and great blog. When I first started learning golf I was concentrating so much on my swing technique that I totally forgot to keep my core still, including the head. I then started to try and hold a tee in my teeth and keep it pointing at the floor throughout the swing. As a visual aid is worked perfectly on focusing me and from then on I had no more head turning problems.
